MIAMI, FL: In a predictable turn of events, U.S. Magistrate Judge Lauren Louis ruled that Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate will remain in custody until their next hearing scheduled for August 13th, 2026, over 2 weeks away.
Andrew Tate's attorney reports he is being held in solitary confinement at the Federal Detention Center (FDC) in Miami where the Tate Brothers were arrested by U.S. authorities following an extradition request from the United Kingdom.
Now, the great divide has seemingly grown as Americans pick a side, guilt or innocence.

Release Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate from Custody Pending Hearing in Miami
Andrew Tate is not a flight risk, as proven by his voluntary compliance with "House Arrest" orders. He's not running, and the fact they are leaving him to rot in solitary confinement should tell you all you need to know.
This is not justice.
This is not American.
This is not acceptable.
The courts in America have clearly been corrupted, but the UK is notably worse, that's for sure. Hence Andrew's hesitance to step foot back in the UK under threat of arrest with no trial.
American Dads
Andrew Tate is an American like it or not, and Dads will not stand for such injustice. If Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate are guilty, then let them stand trail. They did not run before, and the evidence to convict never came forward.
We've all seen the wrap-up smear level media campaign against the Tate Brothers, however, the tide is turning as more delays seem to always happen in their case.
The UK has failed to provide the evidence, yet again, and me women are coming forward claiming they have been approached about testifying against Andrew Tate.
In fact, several women have come forward stating that they were reported as a victims when they were not.
If you have half a dozen women coming forward saying they have been added without permission or coerced, then something is not right.
As a Family Court victim of injustice myself, I can tell you that Dads will not stand for this.
We are not "Tate" followers or members of their school, but Dads will stand up for other Dad's rights being violated in court. His children have a right to see their Father and even those Dads who do not follow Andrew Tate with stand for justice on all sides.
Conclusion
When corrupt global leaders are colluding and files full of known predators go without arrest, but the MSM focuses on the Tate Bothers and not the 250k Women in the UK Rape Gang Inquiry, we can all start to see it.

We're not Tate followers and we're not advocating for anyone who's guilty to walk, but at this point he looks less guilty with each passing day.
What's ironic about the situation is that it's going to backfire on the orchestrators as more people start to see through the fog.

If Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate remain in solitary confinement until August 13th, 2026, that's torture level persecution with no convictions, no evidence case files to share, he's not a flight risk, and he's willing to face the charges.
Please release the Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate under house arrest in Miami pending the hearing on August 13th.
